Private Affordable Housing Units:

The link below will take you to a listing of potential private affordable housing units. This listing can be filtered and sorted by area zip code and appropriate unit/bedroom size.

Click here and download or open the file to see the list. NOTE: this is an EXCEL file and requires Microsoft EXCEL to open.

You can also search for rental property by visiting Kentucky Housing Corporation's online database for rental properties. This database lists properties by size and price and is easily searchable.

About the Housing Options Matrix:

The Housing Options Matrix is a project of the Coalition for the Homeless, Inc., and is meant to be a resource available for the Louisville Continuum of Care and its agencies to help find permanent housing for clients.

The overall goal of the Housing Options Matrix is to represent an online, as well as desktop publishable, database of current permanent housing options.

How to Use the Matrix:

Using the online version of the Housing Options Matrix is easy. Just click here, or on any of the links provided in this website to immediately access the permanent housing options information.

You can also click on the featured downloadable version on the top-right side of this page. This version of the matrix is downloadable in Adobe .PDF format.

Updates and Contact Information:

Currently, the Coalition for the Homeless plans to periodically update the information contained within the matrix. Successfully maintaining a database of this kind (with frequent informational changes) will require that participating agencies stay in contact with the Coalition for the Homeless and relay changes that affect the matrix when it is most convenient.
