Housing Program Name: Public Housing; Housing Choice Vouchers; Project Based Section 8

Program Description: Subsidized housing and supportive services.

Eligible Populations: 1- and 2-parent families; men and women; elderly and disabled.

Eligibility Requirements: Less than 50% AMI; preference points for ABC.

Referral Process: Applications taken on a walk-in basis, Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; applications may be dropped off at any time; office open to the public Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; applications are also taken online at www.nahian.org.

Capacity: 1083 public housing; 408 Housing Choice Vouchers.
